One-on-One Heart Attunement

Service Description

These sessions are designed as a container for you to be seen in your totality. There is nothing you need to show up with, other than a willingness to be seen exactly as you are, and received in your perfect imperfection. How a session goes: Working through the heart field, we connect and I offer deep listening and intuitive guidance during this session. I will first invite you to express what you are working through. By connecting through the heart, I will guide you intuitively to identify any blind spots area, release from your emotional field what is ready to be shed, and guide you through questions to see the truth for yourself. I then guide you through a re-attunement of your heart to the highest frequencies available for you at this point in time. This is the "quantum aspect of the work which bypasses the conscious mind. We then conclude with a setting of clear intentions and the sealing of your energetic space, so you are left refreshed, with new energetics to help you work through the steps we will have crafted together.
